Beautiful and impressive hotel that has very welcoming staff from Jane the manager. It has a marvellous location just off the "must see " Hanoi sights and the lovely parks. Hoan Kiem is a district that deserves exploring. The breakfast is amazing and gorgeous, with fresh milk, a nice view and also free coffee.

Thank you for a such great stay. It's perfect and fantastic hotel at a good price. The staff are amazingly nice and the room is decent size with massive super king size comfy bed. They offer a safe box, multi-channel TV, and a mini fridge bar.

Greatly enjoyed my really great stay with friendly service from the hotel. The most outstandingly accommodating staff I ever met. Had particularly good and unbeatable location in the Hanoi city center, around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Thang Long ca Tru Theatre.

Incredible, amazing location in Hoan Kiem district not far from the hoan kiem lake or the ho chi minh mausoleum, bus station, and the center of the town. New-fashioned, huge unit with massive super king size comfy bed, balcony, for instance.

Marvellous and lovely location, big property, exceptionally comfortable beds. Big and cheap room with a safe and a kettle; and with convenient decor. Private parking nearby provided. Early check-in.

Quite noisy area.

This hotel was located in a very central area right by all the main attractions, lake, night market, ATMs and Ho Chi Minh complex and center of the old quarter street, Hanoi alone. Luckily it was close to Kafeville, had pastries there when it was hot outside🙂

Nice bed, good sized and stocked rooms. A lot of facilities like: a balcony, WiFi, and a kettle.

This hotel met standard in every way, would be happy to recommend. The property was impressive and fairly clean with very welcoming and incredible staff from Jane the manager. Appreciated WiFi and a kettle in the room. The location was great and fab, a 10-15 minute walk from Hang Bac Street. There were an open market and a large market around the hotel.

Its location at a medium distance from Long Bien Bridge was great and fab. I had a cheap and new-fashioned room with very comfy bed and complimentary wireless internet and a kettle.

Loved how good quality the property was and its fairly friendly staff from Jane the manager. The location was good and absolutely perfect, close enough to Dong Xuan market and shopping area. There was a rooftop restaurant nearby.

Had such great stay with great customer service, the stuff where fairly friendly, location was marvellous right next to the night market of the old quarter. Location: the hotel was right by sightseeing in Hanoi and the `` must see '' Hanoi sights. Plus it was max 10 mins walk to the lake.

Its location was very central, just a walking distance from a historic water tank. There was lots of bars and restaurants.

It had very central location close to Temple. Plus, it was just next door to the center of the old quarter which was very convenient, the night market and a 5 minute walk to get a meal, and West Lake and Hoan Kiem Lake.
